I'm a research resident in OpenAI's pretraining team, on leave from Harvard.
At Harvard, I study Computer Science and Mathematics, with a secondary in English. On campus, I am a machine learning researcher at Harvard's School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, where I study security/privacy/fairness and reasoning/control of foundation models. I also enjoy teaching classes for the Computer Science and Statistics departments!
In my free time, I read, write, summit mountains, and cook new dishes. I also build personal knowledge management systems in Obsidian, (lightly) pursue a quantified self, and enjoy perusing literature in any domain.
