In Spring 2024, I was the Head Teaching Fellow for CS 124, our advanced data structures and algorithms class with 250+ students [topics]. I was also a TF for Stat 111, our undergrad statistical inference course [topics]. In previous semesters, I was a TF for CS 124 and Stat 110, our undergrad probability course [topics].
As a TF, I teach 75-minute weekly lessons, run office hours, and write new curriculum. Across 61 student evaluations in four classes, I have received perfect evaluations from 90%+ of my students.
In high school, I helped run the Math League at my local middle school, where I designed 150+ pages of curriculum and helped grow the organization from a 30 to 120+ students. We open-sourced those notes, helped other local schools adapt them, and led a team of students to 2nd place in California MATHCOUNTS. For this work, I am a 3-time Gold Presidential Service Award recipient.
